Arvita – Refund & Replacement Policy

At Arvita, we take great care to ensure that every product delivered to you meets the highest standards of quality and freshness. As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns once they have been delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with the product quality or receive a damaged / defective item, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions.
1. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns once the order has been successfully delivered.
We encourage you to carefully check all product details and ingredients before placing your order.
2. Replacement or Refund Eligibility
- You may request a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
- You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
- You are dissatisfied with product quality (after verifying the batch and expiry).
3. How to Request a Replacement / Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

When contacting us, please share:
- Your order number
- Photographs or videos clearly showing the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, product defect, incorrect item, etc.)
- A brief description of the problem
4. Review & Resolution
- Our quality team will review your request within 2–3 working days of receiving the details.
- If approved, we will issue a replacement of the same product or process a refund to your original mode of payment (as per your preference).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.
5. Conditions
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- We may require the product batch number and manufacturing/expiry date label for verification.
- Partial refunds (for multi-item orders) may be issued where only one item is affected.
- Arvita reserves the right to decline replacement/refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or where product tampering / misuse is evident.
6. Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- After Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Arvita reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Replacement Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
