One medium roti made with Arvita Protein Atta has approx. 4g of protein, compared to 2g in a normal roti, i.e. around 12-16g of protein per meal assuming you have 3-4 rotis per meal.
Where do you ship from?
We currently deliver pan-India through our logistics partners from our warehouse in Mumbai.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–6 working days, depending on your location.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, COD is available on select pin codes at an additional ₹20/order. However in cases where COD is not available our support team will get in touch prior to order dispatch
How should I store Arvita atta?

6 months from the date of manufacture (mentioned on the pack).
Do you accept returns?
Due to food safety, we do not accept returns once the pack is opened. However, if your product arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement right away.
